Building connections with local businesses and community groups is important to us because it creates community cohesion, enjoyment of the outdoors, healthy eating and the fun of getting together to grow produce, learn, share, relax, reflect and make friends. The gardens are to facilitate educational opportunities, promote community connectedness through the sharing of knowledge, skills and resources.
